Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Nursing
• Diploma or certificate in Midwifery
• Diploma or certificate in Public Health
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Good knowledge of vaccination services
• Ability to work in communities
• Good communication skills
• Formal immunization training is an advantage
• Experience with MHNT projects is preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify children and women who need vaccines
• Give vaccines safely
• Follow the national vaccination schedule
• Keep vaccines in proper storage conditions
• Maintain vaccination records
• Issue vaccination cards
• Support vaccination campaigns
• Educate communities about vaccines
• Provide health information to families
• Follow infection prevention measures
• Report vaccination activities
• Dispose of medical waste safely
• Assist supervisors when needed
