MOROCCAN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME 2027

Public Universities and Higher Institutes of Morocco

About Moroccan Scholarship Programme

The Moroccan Scholarship Programme is a fully funded opportunity offered by the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco through the Moroccan International Cooperation Agency (AMCI). It allows international students to study at public universities, higher institutes, and vocational training centres in Morocco. This scholarship supports Bachelor, Master, and PhD studies depending on the applicant’s level. Only a limited number of students are selected each year because the program is highly competitive. Selected students receive financial support, travel tickets, and medical insurance. Most programs are taught in French, so basic French knowledge is very important. Some programs are also available in Arabic depending on the field of study. Students must meet academic and language requirements to be selected.
