Mundus MAPP Scholarship in Europe 2027-2028
Mundus MAPP is a two-year master’s program in public policy offered by four leading European universities. The program is open to EU and non-EU students. Applications for the 2027-2029 intake are expected to open on September 1, 2026. Students can apply for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship through the main application, with no separate scholarship form. Applicants can choose only one of four study tracks: Global Public Policy, European Public Policy, Political Economy and Development, or Governance and Development. Students must complete study periods in two different countries. Applicants need a suitable bachelor’s degree, a strong academic record, and good English skills. The main deadline for applicants who want financial aid is April 14, 2027.

Eligibility Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree of at least three years
- Degree must be from a recognized institution
- Minimum GPA of 3.17/4.0
- At least 2.1 / Upper Second Class, where applicable
- Social science degrees are normally preferred
- Natural Sciences and Engineering graduates are not eligible
- Show strong interest in European and international public policy
- Submit a personal statement of purpose
- Meet the physical mobility requirement
- Study in two different countries
- Meet the English language requirement
English Language Requirements
Applicants who are not eligible for an English language waiver must provide one of the following:
- IELTS Academic: 7.0 or above
- TOEFL iBT: 95 or above
- PTE Academic: 76 or above
- Duolingo English Test: 130 or above
- Cambridge C1 Advanced: C1 or above
- Cambridge C2 Proficiency: C2 or above

How to Apply
- Visit the Mundus MAPP application portal from September 1, 2026.
- Check the admission requirements.
- Choose one study track.
- Complete the online application form.

- Enter the contact details of two referees.
- Ask your referees to submit their recommendation letters.
- Select financial aid in the application if you want to be considered for the scholarship.
- Submit your application before April 14, 2027.
- Check your application status through the Applicant Portal.
