Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographical, boundary, and construction surveys
- Collect and record field data using GPS, total stations, and surveying tools
- Prepare and review survey maps, drawings, and reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
- Verify and resolve discrepancies in existing survey data
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment
- Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Topographical Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and instruments
- Proficiency in survey and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Ability to read and interpret construction/engineering drawings
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work outdoors and on construction sites
