SPRING Master Scholarship – About the Scholarship
The SPRING Master Scholarship is a program for students from different countries who want to study regional development planning and management. This scholarship helps students pay for their education at the SPRING Master program. The program lasts for two years. In the first year, students study at TU Dortmund University in Germany. The second year is at a partner university in Ghana, Tanzania, the Philippines, Brazil, or Chile. Classes are in English.
